The heavy-duty washer has design features to minimize maintenance and increase machine life. The extra heavy silhouettes stiffen and support the sides and roof of the washer.
The conveyor is located in a stainless steel track enclosure located in the washer housing designed to protect the conveyor from the chemical spray. The enclosure will be pressurized to protect the chain from the moisture. The track enclosure runs the full length of the washer.
Pneu-Mech spray booths are individually crafted to each customer’s product and process. Regardless of the type of paint, stain, varnish or other coating required, Pneu-Mech can supply the answer for consistent, high-quality results.
Pneu-Mech manufactures ovens for drying and curing for both liquid and dry coating environments. We are experienced in low and high temperature ovens utilizing gas, steam, electric, infrared, IR booster, burn off, UV and convection technologies. Pneu-Mech environmental rooms ensure consistent high quality application of paint and other finishes by virtually eliminating outside contaminants. Environmental rooms are equipped with automatic climate control systems designed to maintain an environment at optimal coating conditions. They can prevent fumes, spray dust and other results from the finishing process from infiltrating into other aspects of a company’s manufacturing areas.

Pneu-Mech’s installation staff is highly experienced in the mobilization, rigging and placement of our specialized systems. Due to the custom nature of our product it is a luxury to have people on staff that are trained and experienced in the installation and integration of our systems to meet our customer’s needs. This allows us to expedite the installation time to keep our customer’s non-production hours to a minimum. We provide training, production assistance, troubleshooting and all service work required to install and maintain our systems.
